Admissions Line: 24 hours 7 days a week

Intake Process:

Must call the admissions line at (833) 818-3031 to complete an initial screening. Individuals being referred from an acute care facility must provide medical records as part of the admission process.

Program Fees:

Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, ACA health insurance, and commercial health insurance. Sliding fee scale payment options are available for individuals who are uninsured or underinsured.

Eligibility:

An individual must meet criteria for a behavioral health concern and must be willing to participate in the program offerings: individual therapy, psychiatry, and group therapy.
