Description:
The Diabetes Self-Management Program is a 2 1/2 hour, six-week course, offered in person and virtually. Participants will learn the following: Working with their healthcare team, managing symptoms, using medications effectively, relaxation techniques, and problem solving.
The program also provides information on other healthy aging topics, including:
Medication Management and Poison Control
Mental Health
Nutrition
Physical Activities
