Description:
This foundation serves to grant the wish of a child critical illness. Referrals accepted from doctors, nurses, parents, friends, the child, anyone with knowledge of the child's condition and wish.
Serves Monroe, Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, Highlands, Okeechobee, Collier, Lee, Hendry and Glades counties and the US.

9:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri
Intake Process:
Wish children can be referred by their doctors, social workers, other health care professionals, family members or even themselves.
Once referral is received the child!s physician is contacted to verify eligibility.

Eligibility:
Must be between 2 1/2 and 18 years old, be diagnosed with a life-threatening criticalillness, live or be treated in one of the counties in our territory, not have been granted a wish by our chapter or any other chapter.
