Eligibility:
A household is eligible to participate in Internet Essentials if it meets all of the following criteria:
* Is located where Comcast offers Internet service.
* Has not subscribed to Comcast Internet service within the last 90 days.
* Do not have outstanding debt to Comcast that is less than a year old.
* Families with outstanding debt more than one year old may still be eligible.
* Has at least one child eligible to participate in the National School Lunch Program, including private, parochial and homeschooled students.
