Description:
The Nutrition Health Center offers the following programs for diabetes and nutrition education: Diabetes Self-Management Program, Gestational Diabetes Education, Individual Nutrition Consults, Diabetes Prevention Seminar, Caregivers Education Class, and multiple weight management offerings. One on one sessions with dieticians are also offered.
