MDC - SINGLE STOP - NORTH CAMPUS

Description:

Miami Dade College (MDC) has partnered with Single Stop USA, a non-profit organization, and the partnership has resulted in a brand new "One Stop Shop" for students to get connected to benefits. Single Stop allows students to get screened for multiple government benefits, receive assistance in applying for benefits, and follow-up sessions ensuring benefits are received. Offices also offer free benefits screening, financial counseling, legal assistance, and tax preparation services during tax season.

Must bring original social security card and social security cards of any dependents to be claimed; Photo ID; Year 2016 W-2 earnings statement; 1099 MISC (for self-employed only); 1099 INT (interest income); and any documents pertaining to expenses to be claimed.

For registered MDC students and their families. Service eligibility is based on individual circumstances.
