Programs that expand access to abortion services for women as well as individuals who may identify as trans, non-binary or non-conforming experiencing a barrier to access abortion due to cost. Travel assistance may include providing travel vouchers that facilitate their ability to have an appointment in another location, including another state where abortions are not banned, or that pay for local transportation to an appointment. Other types of support may include expense assistance for lodging, procedure, child care, language translation, and doula services. Available services may vary depending on the state.
Programs that maintain lists of medical clinics and other facilities that perform abortions and which link individuals seeking the procedure with appropriate resources.
Programs that provide pregnancy termination services for women who have decided not to follow through with their pregnancy.
