Marathon Housing Associates functions under the Key West Housing Authority and provides low-income and affordable housing for low-income families and individuals at the following projects: East Wind and Tropical Isle.

Hours:

8:00am-12:00pm; 1:00pm-5:00pm, Mon-Fri

Intake Process:

Must call main number to request an application to be sent to the client.

Depending on the bedroom size there is a 2-5 year wait time.

Operates on a lottery when there are openings, currently it is closed.

Program Fees:

East Wind:
Low-income housing, client must pay 30% of the rent, HUD will cover 70%

Tropical Isle:
Affordable housing based on bedroom size and income, ranges from low to high rent

Languages:

English, Spanish

Eligibility:

Must be low income to moderate income
