DAVID LAWRENCE CENTER - INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM

Description:

Intensive Outpatient Rehab services are designed for individuals who have moderate to severe substance abuse problems and require a more flexible outpatient treatment program. With this program, participants benefit from the ability to maintain personal and professional schedules while receiving more intensive treatment. Treatment length averages from six to eight weeks and is based on the needs of the individual seeking treatment. Treatment may include individual counseling and participating in 12-step meetings is recommended. Assists clients with:

Understanding patterns of addictive thoughts and behaviors
Recognizing relapse triggers and developing healthy responses
Identifying emotions that contribute to continued substance abuse
Developing self-awareness
Understanding the relationship between co-occurring disorders
Implementing positive coping skills
Maintaining a healthy support system and lifestyle

8:00am-3:00pm, Fri

Intake Process:

Contact the Admissions Specialist at the main number for initial assessment.

Bring insurance card and/or proof of household income.

Program Fees:

Accepts most major insurance plans, discounts may be available.

Sliding fee scale for eligible residents of southwest and central Florida.

Languages:

English, Spanish, French, Creole, Translation services available upon request.
