Description:
Crossroads Detox is a 12-bed inpatient detox unit close to Crossroad Residential. This allows for a seamless transition into residential treatment under one system of care using one coordinated rehab treatment team. Assists those suffering from the acute symptoms of substance withdrawal with inpatient medical detoxification services. Medical team is available 24 hours a day and the average length of stay is five to seven days.
Detoxification services include:
* Comprehensive Clinical Assessment
* Co-occurring Treatment and Discharge Planning
* Vital Signs and Medical Monitoring
* Medication Management
* Physician and ARNP/PA Visits
* Nursing/Medical Care
* Nutrition Education Services
* Educational and Wellness Groups
* Daily 12-Step Groups
* Pet Therapy
* Yoga and Structured Recreation
* Suboxone Treatment
* Individual and Family Counseling Services
Note: visitation to Crossroads and to our Adult and Children!s Crisis Stabilization Units has resumed modified schedules with new protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of clients, visitors, and the community at large.
