CASA offers legal representation, immigration assistance, information and referrals. The Legal Department includes two staff attorneys and four paralegals.

Intake Process:
Call to schedule an appointment for more information.
Program Fees:
Free assistance to victims of domestic violence seeking restraining orders and/or assistance applying for VAWA or U-Visa immigration relief.
For other legal services, clients are charged based on a sliding scale.
