Description:

Chabad Chayil Community Hebrew After School Program (CHAP) provides after school programming for elementary and middle school children with disabilities (CWD) and their typically developing peers. The program provides 85 slots (70% CWD reserved) during the after school, for grades K-7th in the neighborhoods of Miami-Dade County. The program offers evidence-based literacy, reading intervention, math, physical fitness, life skills, homework assistance, nutritious meals and a variety of enrichment activities involving ceramic art, music and drama, and martial arts.
