Intake Process:
The client or the referral source (Court referred, Department of Corrections, Employers, Self-referral, Out-of-County/State or other community agency) may call 305-704-0200 ext. 172 to schedule an appointment at any of our 3 locations.
The referral document can also be faxed to 305-704-0155 and our staff will contact the client directly.
Program Fees:
Psycho-social evaluation: $65
Referred by employer, self-referral, Out of County/State: $65
Individual Counseling Sessions: Varies based on evaluation.
Group Counseling: Varies based on evaluation.
Sliding scale fees available.
