Description:

Arts for Learning/Miami, Inc. (A4L) will provide after school and summer camp.

After school program includes daily literacy instruction, reading intervention, homework assistance, nutrition snacks, and and high-quality visual and performing arts/life skills classes such as music, dance & movement, visual art and theater. Students participate in an art class each afternoon to develop critical/creative thinking and improve their social/emotional health.

A4L Summer Camp is an inclusive, socially-oriented art Summer Camp program for children and youth. Participants enjoy a fun and educational program that strengthens literacy skills and creative expression in a safe and social setting. Professional artists/art teachers and certified instructors facilitate instruction. Daily program activities include evidence-based literacy, reading intervention, fitness, homework assistance, nutritious meals, and high-quality visual and performing arts/life skills classes such as music, dance & movement, visual art and theater.
