Description:

After-school and Summer Camp Program for high school students with disabilities. Activities include homework assistance, team sports, ART, and practical everyday independent living and financial skills. A healthy snack is provided during the year. Breakfast and lunch are provided during summer camp.

June 9th, 2025- July 25th, 2025

2:30pm-6:00pm, Monday-Friday

Summer Camp:
8:00am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri

Intake Process:

Parent must meet with supervisor.
Application required.
A copy of IEP required.
