Description:
Homeless services are designed to provide clients assistance in obtaining and maintaining permanent housing including:
Homeless Housing Services:
Provides supportive housing for mentally ill individuals.
Park Place - Mayfair Residence:
Provides apartments for clients already receiving services at the center. It is subsidized housing in a supportive environment.
Shelter Plus Care - Mayfair/Scattered Sites:
Provides rental assistance and supportive services for homeless individuals with a psychiatric disability.
Partners for Homes:
Subsidized housing integrated in the community for those who have completed a transitional homeless program and ready to live in permanent housing.
