The mission of the American Kidney Fund is to fight kidney disease through direct financial support to patients in need; health education; and prevention efforts. Provides financial assistance for dialysis and kidney transplant patients.
The American Kidney Fund offers a nation-wide, toll-free HelpLine for kidney patients, their family and friends, and the general public. Call to speak to a trained health educator, social worker and patient services staff.
