Hours:
8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri
Intake Process:
If you are a new applicant or re-certifying your eligibility at the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), then you can enroll in the Lifeline program with DCF.
Program Fees:
Application is free, Lifeline assistance gives a credit of at least $9.25 per month on local phone bills.
