Description:
The Senior L.I.F.T. Center offers congregate hot lunch, recreational, social and educational activities for seniors. Activities include line dancing, tap dancing, painting, drawing, crafts, billiards, chorus, Mah Jongg, canasta, bridge, poker, scrabble, Bunko, Bingo ,computer classes, Spanish classes, drama, strength training , share Pilates, share yoga , book club, Latin dance, Hula, Tia Chie , Ecology classes stability balance and mild aerobic exercise.
