Essentials for First Time Home Buyers:
This course prepares participants to make the transition to home ownership. EFFTH is a blueprint guiding the potential homeowner through all aspects of the loan approval process, the benefits of having a realtor work for you, inspecting your home, the closing process, maintaining and protecting credit rating to understanding all necessary processes leading to a successful home purchase.
Financial Intervention Training (F.I.T.) for Homeowners in Distress:
The course will teach participants how to create and maintain a monthly budget, plan for the unexpected, review their insurance policy and how to obtain their own policy, alternatives to foreclosure, debt management services and how to rebuild their credit.
