The ACLU is dedicated to preserving the rights of all people whose civil liberties and civil rights have been violated. Handling only constitutional situations that have been committed by government bodies. Those issues do not include divorce, custody, landlord/tenant issues, housing association issues, private employee/employer issues or sexual harassment.
