Description:

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade Great Futures for Teens program features the following activities.

Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) is done using the Date SMART curriculum for teens. Through our highly acclaimed sports programming youth learn and practice skills. Our Sports programs are fun, establish teamwork, and create leadership opportunities. They help participants understand the diversity within our community as demographically different clubs learn about each other through positive sportsmanship. In addition, the Great Futures for Teens program offers College Readiness to prepare our youth for the next positive step in their lives. Our teens also visit local universities and learn about the application and financial aid process. The Great Futures for Teens program is an educational uplifting program that provides our teenagers the tools they need to be successful tomorrow.

Program Fees:

Teen Program:
$50 per month

Teacher Work Days:
After school members: $10/day (includes lunch)
Non-members: $20 per child/per day PLUS a $25 registration fee per session.

Summer camp:
8 week program $500

Scholarships Provided to families with economic difficulties
