Description:

Intensive Outpatient substance abuse/co-occurring treatment and wrap around support services for male adults who were identified in the criminal justice system.


Active participation in the program for a minimum of 6 months with ability to demonstrate active substance abuse recovery and no further involvement of the criminal justice system.

For those interested in sliding scale: Must bring a copy of your most recent Federal income tax return to your first visit in order to apply for this program. Level of financial participation is determined by gross family income and household size.

Program Fees:

Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance.

A sliding fee scale program is available for those clients without insurance.

Adult male Monroe county residents in the Lower Keys who are involved in the criminal justice system and have a substance abuse or a substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorder.
