The Access program from AT&T provides a low-cost option for home Internet access to low-income households in the 21 states where we offer wireline home Internet services.

Hours:

8:00am-10:00pm, Mon-Fri;
8:00am-5:00pm, Sat

Intake Process:

Apply online, once the application is processed a letter indicating your application status will be mailed to you.

Program Fees:

$30 a month

AT&T one-time transactional fees, and monthly cost recovery surcharges which are not government-required may apply, as well as taxes.

Service will include 150GB or 1TB of data allowance per month depending on type and speed of service. For more information, go to att.com/internet-usage.

Eligibility:

At least one person in your household participates in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

You live in one of the 21 states where AT&T provides wireline home Internet service.

At least one of the Access from AT&T Internet speed tiers is available at the address where you live.

Other requirements also apply. Check service availability at your address and submit an application to see whether your household qualifies.
