Success University is a comprehensive family support program which provides a variety of services to stabilize our children, youth, and their families and prepare them for success. The program utilizes an integrated care coordination model and partners with community-based organizations to ensure holistic, services are provided to all at-risk Miami Beach children and families.

Program Services Include:

Family Team Conferencing - Provides an open environment, free of judgement that encourages honesty and communication among families and friends enhancing their understanding of one another and strengthening their bonds.

Functional Family Therapy !€“ Certified counselors will work with families to improve youth behavior, increase positive influences, and enhance decision making skills.

Tutoring
Achieve academic goals in a variety of subjects through effective study skills and learning strategies.

Mental Health Services
Whether challenges include difficulties with school, self-esteem, communication, parenting, grief, loss, or depression,

Youth Employment Services
Success University offers 64 hours of paid employment to qualifying students.
