Description:
The Housing & Social Department is here to assist the City of North Miami in creating a viable urban community by providing decent housing, a suitable living environment and expanding opportunities, principally for very low, low and moderate-income persons/families.
The City of North Miami provides assistance with security deposits up to 3,000 for low income person/families. Program is open to low income person/families who would like relocate to the City of North Miami. PLEASE NOTE THAT PROGRAM IS BASED ON FUNDING. Clients need to call to verify if funds are available.
