Zinnia Health Miami, formerly known as Harbor Village, was founded with the intent to rescue the South Florida community from drug and alcohol addiction. Provides inpatient medical detoxification and subsequent rehabilitative addiction care.
Our extensive rehabilitation services are coupled with modern medicine and holistic healing to help with drug and alcohol addiction treatment.

Intake Process:
Contact us via phone to reach one of our admissions coordinators who will help in identifying need for treatment and eligibility.
Once eligibility has been verified client will admit to our facility and will meet with one of our clinical staff members to complete intake paperwork and the intake assessments.
Clients will be assigned a primary therapist and a case manager who will work with client throughout the treatment process.
Program Fees:
Most insurances accepted.
Self-pay rates available for clients who do not have insurance or for those who do not want to use their insurance.

18 years old and older and must struggling with substance abuse and/or mental health issues
