Description:

CAN Community Health (CAN), a not-for-profit, community-based organization with clinics in Florida, Arizona, New Jersey, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia. Provides free HIV testing and counseling, as well as screening for Hepatitis C and other sexually transmitted diseases. Provides case management, outreach, nPeP and PrEP medication (pre and post exposure HIV medication), as well as dental care and support groups.

Services provided by walk-in daily, appointments/referrals, and telehealth.

Intake Process:

We are available for walk-in testing appointments daily. Provider visits are generally available either in person or via telehealth. Patients are required to complete paperwork and provide photo identification.
