Achieve Summer program is committed to alleviating the summer slide and exposing elementary and high school students to new experiences that facilitate their development, empower them, and create pathways for their academic success.

Our program operates across four elementary sites during six weeks, where Pre-K through 5th grade students participate in high quality project-based learning while incorporating social emotional learning. In the afternoon, they engage in enrichment activities such as music, art, wellness, culinary, STEM, and games. Tenth and eleventh grade high school students participate in a paid summer internship experience that taps into their leadership potential; teaches them how to become young professionals; and provides further college and career readiness support, including ACT tutoring and preparation. Additional high school volunteers attend the afternoon to help lead and become mentors to elementary students during the enrichment sessions. Students leave with meaningful, enriching summer experiences.
