Description:

After-school and Summer Camp Program for high school students with disabilities. Activities include homework assistance, team sports, ART, and practical everyday independant living and financial skills. A healthy snack is provided during the year. Breakfast and lunch are provided during summer camp.

      2:30pm-6:00pm, Mon-Fri

      Summer Camp:
      8:00am-4:30pm Mon- Fri

      Intake Process:

      Parents must complete an Afterschool Registration, sign all required paperwork, submit all documents on time to the Site supervisor of the site location. Attend all afterschool and summer camp parent orientations.

      Must be enrolled in 9th-12th grade and have an IEP/ 504 or special condition lasting more than 1 year. -Miami Dade county residents ONLY
