Description:
Developing Educational Access to Liberty City (DEAL) is a program that provides tutoring, counseling, vocational training, college readiness, and job search assistance for teens. In addition, there is a student stabilization fund available to provide participating clients with emergency rent and utility assistance to assist them as they continue in the program.
NOTE: Client must already be part of the program to receive access to student stabilization fund. These funds are LIMITED.
