Varies on program, call to schedule appointment.
If client is requesting services through their insurance, they are asked to provide their insurance information so we are able to obtain authorization. After approval from your insurance company (if necessary), then an intake appointment will be scheduled.

Medicaid Medipass, Medicare Part B, Simplie, Staywell/Wellcare, Cigna, Aetna, Value Options, Concordia Behavioral Health, Humana (LifeSynch), MultiPlan, UMBH/PHT, Sunshine State/Cenpatico,
We also accept private clients. In addition, there is a sliding scale fee for those who meet criteria.
