Intake Process:
Visit http://www.floridapsc.com/Files/PDF/Utilities/Telecomm/Lifeline/ApplicationEnglish.pdf to apply online or obtain a printed application.
If you are a new applicant or re-certifying your eligibility at the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), then you can enroll in the Lifeline program with DCF.
Program Fees:
Application is free,Lifeline assistance gives a credit of at least $9.25 per month on local phone bills.
