Description:

Customer service department for Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. Our office serves as a conduit for the resolution of client concerns, provide information and referral services to the public via our Information Line and serves as a liaison to the service provider agencies in our community.

We receive client complaints via telephone, facsimile, office visits or written correspondence from sources such as the Governor, Secretary, Legislation, etc. Direct client calls are handled by the individual DCF Program Office.
