Provides early intervention services in the following:

Behavior Therapy / Family Therapy
Group Therapy / Counseling
Clinical Therapy
Substance Abuse Counseling
Psychiatric Treatment
Nurturing Parenting Program
Recovery Groups
Co-parenting
Medication Management
Targeted Case Management such as: Linking, advocating, monitoring, and providing support for individuals who meet the criteria for the program.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR): Independent living skills training in aspects of well-being such as: Social, vocational, educational, financial, psychiatric/ medical, community/legal, and housing/ basic living skills.

9:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri

Intake Process:

Varies on program, call to schedule appointment.

If client is requesting services through their insurance, they are asked to provide their insurance information so we are able to obtain authorization. After approval from your insurance company (if necessary), then an intake appointment will be scheduled.

Program Fees:

Medicaid Insurances only and Self Pay.
